Information Collection And Use
While using our website, while visiting NUUF events, or on other occasions, NUUF may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name and email address ("Personal Information").
Information Maintenance and Access
NUUF also maintains lists of members, visitors to our services, and other parties with whom we are in contact in connection with the distribution of newsletters or other communications concerning activities of the Fellowship. The NUUF Board will examine these lists at least once each year, to insure data is not retained on persons no longer maintaining relations with the Fellowship and that the personal information on the lists is being used in conformity with this policy. The NUUF Board will provide any person who requests it access to their Personal Information in its records, and will delete or correct the information, as appropriate, on request.
Often photographs are taken at NUUF events and worship services, in which your image may be recognizable. These photos may be published in NUUF newsletters or websites. To the extent reasonably possible, the photographer or some other responsible representative of NUUF will obtain your consent for such use when the photograph is made. In any case, you are always free to object to use of your image. On receipt of your objection NUUF will take action to remove or obscure your image on its website and will refrain from further use of it in non-electronic media.
The Netherlands Unitarian Universalist Fellowship (NUUF) maintains a Facebook Open Group at this address: https://www.facebook.com/groups/572786156143137/ to share information about our worship services; retreats; and other related activities among our members and with interested third parties generally.
Use of this material by you is subject to the relevant Facebook policy, which you can examine here:

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, NUUF related events and activities.
