Christmas Caroling Party

Having a caroling party in the weeks before Christmas had been a tradition for NUUF, but with the pandemic we concentrated on our core business. This is why it’s been a couple of years, but we would very much like to pick up where we left off.

This year, therefore, we would once again like to cordially invite everyone to NUUFs annual caroling party. It will be held on December 16th from 5 PM at the home of Hjalmar Rosing and Peter van Eijk, Van Polanenpark 23, 4791 BP Klundert. We are aware this is quite a distance to travel for most of us, however, there is plenty of free on street parking, and we will operate a taxi service to the nearby railway stations Zevenbergen and Lage Zwaluwe (voted worst station in the Netherlands – a sight to behold indeed!). Spare bedrooms are also available for those who would like to stay over – just let us know!

We will gather around the piano and the Christmas tree to sing a collection of well-known religious and secular carols, hot drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic will be served from the wood-burning stove, there will be soups and snacks and of course there will be cake. Hjalmar’s vocal quartet from Schiedam will also be attending, to support the singing and to sing a short solo or three.
